Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great views and lovely amenities, but with some challenges like a slightly humid room. The Nile view from the room and the presence of useful iron and iron board made the stay very relaxing, though the air was a bit damp.
The hotel offers lovely and clean rooms with welcome amenities, though the bathroom and shower could use some renovation. The location is great with a view of the Nile and close to various attractions, but there are cleanliness issues in some areas. The dining experience provides good options with excellent views of the Nile river. Overall, a pleasant stay with some areas that could be improved.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although comfortable, were outdated, very dusty, and dirty on the executive floor. However, they did come with a wonderful balcony that offered a partial Nile view. The service was friendly and helpful, especially Hassan who organized a great tour for us, but there was an emphasis on money. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the city, with easy access to attractions, but the service at the Stage One bar was lacking. The dining experience was satisfactory but had its drawbacks. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
The hotel rooms are a bit dated but clean and very comfortable with a view of the Nile from the side of the building. The service was helpful and polite. The location is good, near downtown, with nice views of the Nile. The dining experience varied from great to very poor. Overall, the hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives.
The hotel offers a Deluxe room with a high ceiling and a big balcony overlooking the Nile. However, the room cleanliness was not perfect, as I noticed some dirt on the phone and had a partial view instead of a full one.
